Badge Scanning Policy

While you are at the event, you will likely visit a number of our exhibitors at their stands or attend a session sponsored by an exhibitor. By allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor, the exhibitor will have access to your name and contact information provided during this registration process in order for them to follow up with you post-event.

If you do not want your details passed on, to exhibiting companies, please refrain from having your badge scanned when visiting trade show stands.

Your badge will also be scanned at the main entrance to the event upon your arrival.
This scan of your badge is for analytical health and safety purposes only and no data is transferred to any third parties.
